Steve Cains is our Head of Power Solutions, leading the Power team on identifying and developing renewable energy and storage projects for public sector clients. He also oversees our Asset Management Business. Steve is passionate about the environmental benefits and revenue streams which can be generated by public sector driven energy projects and is keen to share the message! Steve has 20 years' experience in the public sector and holds BA (Hons) and BTP in Town and Country Planning (sustainability) from the University of the West of England.
Richard Sansom is our Business Development Manager. He works within the Power team to identify and manage new development opportunities within the public sector. Richard has extensive experience of the low carbon and sustainability sectors and has over 10 years’ experience of successfully leading business development teams. Richard holds an MSc in Climate Change and Sustainable Development from De Montfort University and a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Manchester.
Stacie Youngman is a Project Manager who works within the Power Solutions team. Stacie develops and manages renewable energy and battery storage projects from feasibility through to construction. Stacie assisted in the development of one of the largest solar farms in the UK, located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty at Wroughton Airfield, and has managed solar developments on former landfills and community investment projects. More recently Stacie was responsible for obtaining the project rights for a 30MW Battery storage installation in Swindon. Stacie holds a BA Hons from the University College of the Creative Arts.
